Key Responsibilities
- Develop sales opportunities with new and existing customers.
- Manage sales opportunities through customer meetings, calls, and emails.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with national and international clients.
- Collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure optimal solutions are offered.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.
- Evaluate opportunities and define market strategies.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and solid maritime industry connections.
- At least 5 years of experience in technical sales, with a proven ability to lead sales processes from start to finish.
- A team-oriented, self-motivated, and commercially driven mindset.
- Relevant education in electrical engineering or equivalent fields.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a solution-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Norwegian and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Willingness to travel (up to 50%).
- Experience with EV charging systems is a plus.
