Sales Manager Charging System

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop sales opportunities with new and existing customers. 
  • Manage sales opportunities through customer meetings, calls, and emails. 
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with national and international clients. 
  • Collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals and negotiate contracts. 
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure optimal solutions are offered. 
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts. 
  • Evaluate opportunities and define market strategies. 
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences. 

Qualifications: 

  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and solid maritime industry connections. 
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical sales, with a proven ability to lead sales processes from start to finish. 
  • A team-oriented, self-motivated, and commercially driven mindset. 
  • Relevant education in electrical engineering or equivalent fields. 
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a solution-focused approach. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Norwegian and English (additional languages are a plus). 
  • Willingness to travel (up to 50%). 
  • Experience with EV charging systems is a plus.
